Welcome to Jersey Junction. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Products & Customization

All products sold by Jersey Junction are customized and made to order, including but not limited to:

  • Name and number printing

  • Customized designs

  • Size selection

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

2️⃣ No Returns / No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are NOT applicable for customized jerseys.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Name spelling

  • Number

  • Size

  • Design

before placing the order.

3️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will provide a replacement only (no refund) if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect product is delivered due to our error

Conditions:

  • Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or video proof is mandatory

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

4️⃣ Size Disclaimer

Size selection is the customer’s responsibility.
Jersey Junction is not liable for size issues once the order is confirmed.

5️⃣ Color & Design Disclaimer

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen resolution and lighting

  • Print placement and texture may vary slightly

These are normal and do not qualify for replacement or refund.

6️⃣ Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment

7️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary

  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content displayed on Jersey Junction are the property of the brand.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Jersey Junction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
