📦 Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Since all our jerseys are custom-made and personalized, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ No Returns / No Refunds on Customized Products

All our jerseys are customized and made upon order (name, number, size, design).
Due to the personalized nature of these products:

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are NOT possible once an order is confirmed.

This policy applies to: All our products which we sell in this website, since we are into manufacturing we only make the jerseys ready upon the order

✅ Order Confirmation Responsibility

Customers are requested to carefully check the following before placing an order:

  • Name spelling

  • Number

  • Size selected

  • Design chosen

Once the order is placed, changes cannot be made.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Products (Exception)

We will only offer a replacement (not a refund) in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong name/number/design by us)

📌 To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or video of the issue

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

❌ What Is NOT Covered

We do not offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Name/number mistakes given by customer

  • Color difference due to screen display

  • Normal wear and tear

⏳ Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and production has started, cancellation is not possible.
